Health and Safety Compliance Audits

What is a health and safety compliance audit?

A health and safety compliance audit is an assessment of an organisations compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards. During an audit, a consultant will review policies, procedures, and practices to identify any gaps or areas where improvements can be made. The consultant will also provide recommendations for addressing any areas of non-compliance.

What happens during a health and safety compliance audit?

The consultant will review your current documentation such as safety manuals/policies, incident reports, and training records along with a physical inspection of the workplace to identify any hazards or areas where improvements can be made.  A report will be made available to you that outlines their findings and recommendations for improving health and safety practices.
